Terms of Use
Exchanges are accepted for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags in good condition. Nelo Woman does not offer refunds, but Ready to Wear pieces may be exchanged for a manufacturing defect reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Custom and bridal outfits are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
Consultations
Consultations are available virtually or in store for a non-refundable fee and last 60 minutes. Bespoke and custom orders start at $1500.
Regular in-store consultation is $35. In-home consultation in Lagos is $70.
